Idly podi : Urad dal, Channa dal, Red chilli, Gram dal, Garlic, Compounded asafoetida, Iodized salt (Spice content 6%).

Parupu podi : Green gram, Split chickpeas, Curry leaves, Coriander, Compounded asafoetida powder, Red chilli, Iodized salt, Pepper, Garlic.

Contains no added additives or preservatives, emulsifiers. Contains Wheat.

Curry leaves podi : Store at 2-8°C, in a cool dry place.

Idly podi : Store at 2-8°C, in a cool dry place.

Parupu podi : Store at 2-8°C, in a cool dry place. Store in refrigerator.

Curry leaves podi : Take a required quantity of Curry leaves podi mix with cooked rice to make delicious curry leaves rice.

Idly podi : This is a mixture of pulses and spices. It can be used with ghee, coconut oil, or gingelly oil as an accompaniment for idly, dosai, poori, and chappathi.
